    Hi
    I am trying to add new pages to the menu and the little white dot keeps going round and round and not adding the pages.

    also is the shop masonry page – how do you make it?

    Hi,

    1. Check in another browser and/or with the default WordPress theme activated.

    2. If you have WooCommerce you’ll see additional elements in the Enfold page builder.

    I have used a default theme and it works fine. so i removed enfold and reinstalled it and still have the same issue.
    There is another problem – in the enfold setting says “saving is not working. please reload the page and try again.” which i have done many times and it has not worked.
    please help.

    ok another thing that i think is connected – i am going onto the customize section and it comes up with
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/goldeno/public_html/testsite/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2346

    Hi,

    Try increasing the memory limit allocated to PHP, you can do that by adding this line to your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
