    Hello –

    I just installed Memberpress on my website. From what I’ve read there should be no issues with compatibility. I have not been able to use Memberpress yet because my license key will not activate properly on the dashboard. Is there a way to tell if this is a theme issue? I deactivated all plugins for troubleshooting.

    Hey Kelly,

    Does your key work if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If it doesn’t, then it’s not a theme problem.
