2- If your translation file is more complete than existing one, please consider posting it here so we can add it to upcoming updates – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/please-contribute-and-translate-enfold/
As a temporary solution, you can make a backup of your language files ( inside Enfold/lang folder ) and replace them with the ones that come with Enfold after updating the theme.Regards,

You also need to have a style.css file in /enfold-child/ and then activate the theme in Appearances, child theme style.css should contain this:
