We have a 5 column set up megamenu on our development site. 3 of the columns have title headings that link to Product Category collection pages
OnTap Oils, OnTap Vinegars, OnTap Liqueurs. But the last column, OnTap Accessories, for some reason doesnt link to its Product category page.
Is it really simple to achieve? I am guessing it must be as the others have been set up that way. The Product category OnTap Accessories exists in “Product Categories” and also is present in the Menu as a “Column” and it does have a page address (see private content)
but if you click on the column title header in the mega menu for OnTap Accessories, you just get a – in the browser address bar and a message of “cant find the server”

We have come across this issue before. I think it is because our developer us has the website on a “development server” with certain security measures in place. I checked myself this morning and it can be temperamental, after several attempts, it finally accessed the webpage without timing out with that server error message.
Anyway, I have managed to fix this issue now, so please consider this sorted. :)
It was to do with the way the MegaMenu works in Enfold. We had to set up a “Custom Link” and the copy the URL for the Product Category page into the field for the link.
