HI,
I have been having an issue with the mega menu for mobile since your last update. The upper level links don’t work. So I used the work around that I found in the forum which was to to select always display submenu items. It works fine, but I don’t like it. Still, I figured I could handle it until the next update as it was said on the forum that the next update would fix this problem so we could go back to not displaying all submenu items. I did the recent update (4.2) and alas the problem isn’t fixed. Is this supposed to work now?October 26, 2017 at 9:52 am #869152I’ve got no mobile menu since updating to 4.2 (fixed had some code in the quick CSS which I’ve removed and it works)

The upper level links seem to work fine on my end, I checked the Books link out for example and that worked as expected. Did you clear your browser cache and reload the page?
Best regards,

Please open a new thread and include a link to your site so that we can have a closer look.

RikardOctober 27, 2017 at 7:30 pm #869722The menu works because I have it set to always display submenu items. I can’t leave it at the other setting because it doesn’t work and people who access my site can’t then access the upper level link. I did test is several times and then set it back.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

November 4, 2017 at 5:24 am #872395Hi,
We set the “Menu Icon Submenu items” to “Display submenu on click”. The sub menus are working properly. You’re probably looking on a cached version of the site. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh before checking the page.

IsmaelNovember 4, 2017 at 5:47 pm #872560I cleared the cache on my iPhone and tried the menu. It DOES NOT work. For example. When you tap on the menu item called Books. Yes it opens the sub-items,and those open their sub-menu items, but it doesn’t allow the reader to open the Books page or any of the other higher level pages. It just drills down to the bottom and which point you can tap on the item and open that page. I changed it back until you can figure it out.

but it doesn’t allow the reader to open the Books page or any of the other higher level pages
That is the default behavior of the parent menu items on the mobile menu. If you want the “higher level” menu items to be accessible, you have to clone them by enabling the Enfold > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu > “Clone title menu items to submenu” option.
Best regards,
