Mega Menu problems

Dear Enfold Support,

I have some weird experiences with the mega menu.

I have the following structure: 6 Pages where 1 Page is having many subpages (the Product Page). So I made this page appear as a mega menu!

On big screens, the mega menu doesn’t show on hover when on the homepage or any direct child page. It shows fine when already on the MegaMenu-Page or a subpage. So in my case on path “domain.com/products”, it doesn’t display a mega menu when hovering over “Products” but on the path “domain/.com/products/product” it gets displayed correctly on hover!

For smaller screens, I selected “show submenu items on click” for the burger menu.
But what is happening is that on my home page menu, when pressed on the burger icon it shows me a collapsed Menu with my top-level pages but doesn’t expand or do anything when clicked on “Products” (which is the mega menu item). In contrast, when I am on one of the subpages of “Products” and press the burger icon, the menu pops up and shows all pages.

Any ideas or can you help me?
