    Hi
    We had to change DB on a site and after that the mega menu options don’t show on the menu items.
    The DB was only copied and is in the same place with the same user.
    If I create a new menu item the options is visible, but after saving they don’t show any more.

    We have also looked in the DB and notice that some data is diffrent.

    The titelattribut is also missing.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I get the same error with the Mega Menu option, though I can’t reproduce it on my local install. So I’m guessing something must have gone wrong when you changed the database. Do you still have a copy of the old version? If so, maybe you could try to copy it over again?

    The titelattribut option should be selectable from Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen, please try ticking the box in there.

    Hi,
    I tried switching DB didn’t change anything.
    So then I deactivated all the plugins and turned out it was a plugin called “Popup Maker”.

    Seams to be a known issue;

    We recommend trying to reach out to your theme author and getting them to update their code, which is a much better solution because it will then allow users of these themes to also use other plugins such as User Menus, Nav Menu Roles, If Menu, plus many more.

    So with solution #1 I got everything to work again, but maybe you can look in to their solution and see if its something you can incorporate in the next update :)

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks for the links, I’m not sure if that is something we could fix in a future release or not, we would need to have a closer look at it first. Maybe you could look for a different plugin which has the same functionality as Popup Maker to see if that works better?
