    Hi at Kriesi!

    On my website http://www.copy-shop-lauf.de I have this little problem with the mega menu on the starting page. I would like to show it horizontal but I don’t get it done. maybe “with a little help of my friends”?

    Hey Michael F,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We have noticed that the site is using a very outdated version (4.7.6.5) of the theme, which is probably why the mega menu is not displaying correctly. To fix the issue, please download the latest version (5.6.5) of the theme, then upload it to the site via FTP.

    For more info on how to update the theme via FTP, please check the documentation below.

    Was ich aber auf deiner Startseite sehe ist doch ein ALB: Submenü – oder?
    Wo wäre da das Menü inclusive der Mega-Menü Setzung?
    Die Option Mega-Menu gibt es bei Sub-Menü nicht.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You will have to upgrade the theme manually via FTP because the automatic update will no longer work in the installed version. Please download the latest version from your Themeforest account and upload the files to your server via FTP as described in the following documentation.

    Hi Ismael!

    Let me please come back to the problem with the Megamenue.
    It does not work on starting-page but within the website it works fine: https://www.copy-shop-lauf.de/product/facharbeit-din-a4/

    Do you have an idea why this is so?

    Hi,
    On your start page you are using a fullwidth submenu, this can not display a maga menu like the main menu on your other pages.

    Hi,
    Perhaps it is disabled in the backend of the page at Layout ▸ Header visibility and transparency
    The login above doesn’t work so I can’t check.
