The Mega Menu shows as a very narrow column…. the client has press related to the site going out and it is rather urgent that the site appear correctly.
November 25, 2014 at 10:47 am #357441I have reloaded the update via FTP and still not working …

I logged in but you didn’t have any dropdowns or mega menus created. Go ahead and watch this, http://vimeo.com/92503669, and create a new menu called “test” and setup your mega menus like you had them and let us know when your done so we can go in and activate the menu to check. While you are waiting you can activate a different menu besides “test”.
Best regards,
ElliottNovember 27, 2014 at 11:24 am #358942Hi Elliot,
I most definitely have menus created and in fact whatever you did messed up the whole site and I had an irate client on the phone who had clients phoning as there was no menu selected and the page menu appeared all over the front page! I purchased this theme to make my life easy but I find the support lacking as there seems to be a long wait in getting anything sorted out…..
I gave you access to the site so that you could help sort out the problem…. which is still persisting. Please let me know when you are going to access the site so that I can monitor it and make sure nothing goes out of whack and can be changed immediately should there be a problem.
November 27, 2014 at 11:27 am #358943The menu in use is Interim Main (Enfold Main Menu) which I changed to be a dropdown menu as the mega menu aspect is not working with the update.
November 27, 2014 at 11:37 am #358948I am setting up another menu you can use to test “My Mega” which will have the Mega Menu activated.
November 27, 2014 at 11:46 am #358953I have noticed that the menu intermittantly works on the home page but then disappears on any other page… so please test by going on to other pages too.
November 28, 2014 at 7:26 am #359420Hi!
I checked the dashboard but the Appearance > Menus panel is missing. I also noticed that you installed a menu editor plugin. Please disable that then test the mega menu again.
Cheers!
IsmaelNovember 28, 2014 at 9:56 am #359467Hi Ismael,
The menu editor is for the WordPress admin menu, my client logs in makes edits to pages and the menu editor makes it easy to keep what they need together, it was installed before the update and worked perfectly. The Appearance Tab is not in fact missing but renamed “Toolbox” and contains exactly the same menu items as Appearance. I deactivated the menu editor and activated the “My Mega” menu and it still does not work.November 28, 2014 at 8:56 pm #359876Hi!
I didn’t change any settings so not sure what your talking about there. I just logged in again but it’s still the same problem.. you do not have any columns or links set for your mega menu.
Please watch the link in my previous post to learn how to create the menus.
Cheers!
ElliottDecember 1, 2014 at 10:49 am #360688Hi Elliott,
As previously posted
I am setting up another menu you can use to test “My Mega” which will have the Mega Menu activated.
I setup the “My Mega” menu which has the Mega Menu setup up and included so when you activate the menu and then set it as the “Enfold Main Menu” you will see the menu does not work as a Mega Menu but cuts off.
December 1, 2014 at 10:55 am #360691December 1, 2014 at 6:49 pm #360945Hi!
Not sure what’s going on there. There is a javascript variable which isn’t picking up the correct value. I tried some custom CSS but it’s not being applied either.
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Create a backup and then completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Let us know what happens after doing those two steps.

ElliottDecember 2, 2014 at 12:18 pm #361401Hi Elliott,
Finally got the mega menu back, thank you!
I followed the above procedure and found that the plugin “Easy Smooth Scroll Links” was causing the trouble. For some reason anchor links on the pages were not working which is why I used this plugin. I have now installed “TineyMCE Advanced” and the anchors are working.Glad it is solved, thanks for you help. I love the theme and all the additions as they really do save time.
Take care,
