    Hi,

    I have been using this template for long time and didn’t change a thing in my menu lately.
    Yesterday I wanted to update some text in my mega menu, I noticed that the type of my mega menu is Page (check screenshot 1).
    I changed what I wanted to change and saved the new menu, and my mega menu is gone !!
    I created a new menu as a mega menu and added the pagesand saved, the mega menu appear normally on the website (check link in private area) but the menu type returned to Pages (like screenshot 1) so now if I click save it will broke again and I have to create the mega menu all over again.

    I hope I have explained my problem well as I need your advise asap.

    Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Please do update to the latest version of Enfold and let us know if that will solve your issues and problems.
    You are running a really old one and we can not provide support like that.

    Hi Daghes,

    The mega menu works fine on my iPhone. And it works fine on the desktop. Can you please write the steps to reproduce the issue you’re having?

    Hi Visctoria,

    As I mentioned before, the menu seems working now if you access the website but the problem is that if you try to update any page in the menu you can see that the type of these pages is page not mega menu or column (Check Screenshot) so as soon as I click SAVE the mega menu will disappear and a normal menu will replace it,

    Is it easier to provide a video demo to demonstrate my issue?
