Hi Support,
I have a problem with the mega menu that I created. I make separate columns / start new row but it is not showing on the actual website, http://www.violas.eu under shop, it is not showing Dieren, Planten and the other rows that I requested. The menu becomes so long that the user can not go all the way down to select a category.
My second problem is that the mega menu created under shop has a different styling than under Etherische olien. How to customize the mega menu styling and appearance to be the same for the whole website?
Thanks in advance
Kind Regards

Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

GeerardJuly 13, 2016 at 9:58 pm #660586Hi,
I noticed you have a Mega Menu plugin activated, are you using that to create the Mega Menu?

Try unchecking this from menu column items if you want the menu to be wide.

JosueJuly 16, 2016 at 9:19 am #661600Hi Josue,
That worked for me…I unchecked “This column should start a new row” and the menu is wide and start separate rows for the items that I want. However, I don’t understand why….if I want a new row..I should check “This column should start a new row” IT is not logical in my opinion, it works in the opposite way.
As to my second question, where can I customize the look and feel / styling of the menu. As you can notice on my website; http://www.violas.eu the mega menu under Etherische olie and shop is totally different. Where and how can I customize this?
Thanks in advance
Kind Regards

Can you post a screenshot/mockup of how would you like it to look?
