Mega Menu not clickable on mobile when hiding submenu

The “Products” Mega Menu and the “New Service” top level links will not show their submenus when clicked on mobile. We would like for users to drill down through the products mega menu on mobile (there are too many items to use the show all submenus option). The New Service top level link is currently blank because we do not have a page for the top level category, only for the subpages. We would rather not have to use a custom link to the homepage, anchor, or similar since it is only a category heading.
