Mega menu

I’m working on directionscounseling.com/wp and all the sudden my mega menu is not working?

I have a mega menu set up for the “specialties” tab on the home page and it does not work as a mega menu and “Substance Abuse & Addictions” is now appearing in my main nav but is supposed to be a part of my specialties mega menu. Not sure what changed or why its not working.
