Meet the Team Template

Hey folks,

I`ve got some problems. I want to rebuild the “Meet the Team Template from the Enfold Demo: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/pages/meet-the-team/
So, I created 3 grid rows with 4 columns each. I put Text blocks into it and put the team members-element in the other colums (photo only). Then i set the padding of the photo columns to 0px. Now my problem: the pictures doesn’t fot into the column, the is a little space on the bottom of each photo. can’t find a solution for 3 hours now. Can anyone help how to fit the photos? I switched on the grid-lines, so that you can see my problem.

p.s. if i want to use the pho as background image in a grid-row, that doesn’t work, too. Eather toooooo big, or too small. And I can’t fit the Images, because the columns have a variable height, right? If I would take more text, the columns would grow.

edit: fixed it, can be closed.
Solution: background-image, but the option “fixed” and “scroll” are switched. Now it works. I can`t see the pictures on mobile, but thats okay for me :)
