Meet the Team / Menu

Hey all,

There is a “meet the team” page that is on the demo site, that looks absolutely amazing! However, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get that look? I figured it would be under templates, but I couldn’t find anything under there for that. I know this is a crazy noobie question, but it looks so clean and nice.

Also one question I had in regards to the menu, the demo is a very nice clean drop down that goes all the way down. However, when I set my menu up, the boxes start flattening out horizontally instead of vertically, and just doesn’t seem as clean. Is there a certain way I can make it so when I have multiple pages under the “About Us” page, it would be vertical rather than horizontal?

Sorry for the noobie questions.. I hope you guys can help me out!
