When trying to upload jpg or png images in the media area with some photos I get this HTTP error. I am staying under the 32MB size requirement but some of the photos have a large resolution size. Does this matter? Can someone help me with why this is happening, please? Thanks.

You can use one of you own, or (Email address hidden if logged out) . All we need is the user and password to be able to login though, make sure that you post those details in private so that all moderators can access them. Don’t forget the login URL either :)

RikardNovember 3, 2017 at 10:39 am #872082Hi there,
I’m having a similar issue…Whenever I try to upload an image (of the correct size) I get the error message.
I have checked the LayerSlider system status and that is all good.
Log in details below
Thanks

I tried uploading an image without any problems, could you upload the image you are getting errors on to for instance imgur or dropbox so that we can try it out ourselves?

Thanks, I had no problems uploading the image you posted. Please see private. Maybe you could try a different browser to see if that helps?

I’m getting the same error on my end, please contact your hosting provider and tell them that you are getting this error when trying to upload images:
the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) - async-upload.php

RikardNovember 5, 2017 at 5:07 am #872678Ok which browser did you use? Firefox or Safari? Thanks.

November 5, 2017 at 5:25 am #872687Could it be that my photo resolution is too high because the one you uploaded had a resolution of 1200 x 600 whereas the one I was trying to upload was 6720 x 4480?
