    Hi All,

    This is very serious. I have updated Enfold to 3.1.5 and WP to 4.2.1 and now my media library does NOT work. You can upload an image to the library but a blank box displays rather than the actual image.. If you insert this blank block into a gallery, for instance, there is NOTHING there.

    I deactivated all of the plugins and still the same thing is happening so it is not plugin related. I reinstalled the upgrade to WP 4.2.1 and still the same problem. I do not want to manually update Enfold and overwrite all of the work that is already done.

    This means I am down for updating my website which is not acceptable.. I have attached a screen shot image showing where I’ve uploaded 2 jpg files only to see blank boxes and no way to edit my website.

    I need a very fast solution to this incredible problem.

    Hi All,

    I resolved this issue myself after spending hours searching the internet for a solution. So this is how I fixed the problem and am posting this in hopes it may help save someone else a lot of time if they experience the same problem.

    On the WP Dashboard go to Settings > Media. I had a path to store images that read:
    /home/content/78/6960478/html/wp/wp-content

    I changed this path to:
    wp-content/uploads

    This solved the problem completely. Now if I go back into Settings > Media the path no longer displays and all works great.
