    Hi,

    after the last update (4.7.6.3) I found an issue with the images. In many pages I see that the images have disappeared.
    For example, my website is in 5 languages. In the italian homepage, everything seems to be working fine but, in the home page of the other languages, I can’t see any image. I entered the main slider and the background image is there but it is like if it wasn’t. If I click on “change image”, the media library is empty.

    Instead, if I do that on the italian version of the pages, the media library is perfect with all of the images.
    Did you change some path in the media library?

    Also, if I enter the media library, I see that there are to new voices “Attach” and “Detach” and many of the images are on “Detached”.

    How can I fix it?

    Hi Simo,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure that the problem is, but I don’t think it’s theme related since we haven’t had any other users with the same problem. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi Rikard,

    I tried to restore my website to my last backup and I installed the plugins one at the time and I discovered that this issue is related to the Polylang plugin last update. So this is not about WP 5.5 or Enfold 4.7.6.3.

    I guess I am going to report them this issue.

    Hi Simo,

    Thanks for the update. It would be appreciated and not a problem at all if you could send a copy of the theme to the developers of Polylang. If it would be easier for them then they can reach out to us directly.

    Hi,

    I spoke with the Polylang team and we solved it by deactivating the media in the settings.
    Go to languages > settings > and under Media, click on “Deactivate”. This way it should work.
