Media disappears after uploading again

Hi Everyone,

I am using the enfold theme and have work with it for a few weeks now. At some point today I was not able to add any new media anymore. However, ther is no error message or anything. I can add new media to the library (or a media element) as usual but after reloading the library or the page the picture in the library is gone. If I added it to the content on a page, the element (e.g. a slider) still shows the picture in the preview mode.
The only error message I find is “Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-htmlhelper.php on line 1571” under the Theme settings.
Today we had installed and deinstalled the polylang plugin afterwards we installed the WMPL plugin. The media library was working after those changes for a bit.

Can you help solving me the issue since I cannot find any older entries?
