    Hi,

    i have a main menu item “Produkte” as mega menu with some submenu items but they doesn’t shown on mobile if i click on “Produkte”

    For example, i copy the Site in private content

    Hey Stefan,

    Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu and check “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”

    Hi Jordan, i can’t find it. I Header i just have Header Layout, Header behavior, Extra Elements and transparency options.

    Also in Main menu i can’t find “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”.

    Theme version is 4.1

    Hi Luisgasser,

    Megamenu turns to the regular menu on mobile.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Luisgasser,

    The code works differently in lower versions and it can yield a different result. Moreover, WordPress, plugins and the theme may not work as they should with php versions lower than php7.

    Hi Luisgasser,

    Well, those are titles for the mega-menu and they are stipped out when the menu changes to the mobile version. Normally a column would have links under it and so they would show on mobile.

    In privat content you can see a screenshot of the menu in my backend. Maybe you have a solution for me.

    Hi Luisgasser,

    I am not sure there is a solution in this version. Do you have a test website where you can update the theme to the latest version and see if the issue is resolved?
