    Hi,
I have an error every several days:

[23-May-2018 11:11:50 UTC] PHP Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (42000/1203): User myUser already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in /home/myFolder/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1531

I don´t know why. Can anyone help me?

My hosting say that the valor of ‘max_user_connections’=15

    Thanks

    Hey barbarawsimon,

That issue is related to the hosting provider and we cant do anything unfortunately, as they have to increase the limit.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Ok Basilis,

How many ‘max_user_connections’ is the normal config?

    Thanks

    Hi,

According to the documentation, it’s 151 connections. This is a limit imposed by your hosting provider and there’s nothing we can do about it. Please ask them if they can increase the default limit.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    OK,

I contact with them to increase it.

By the way, How many ‘max_connections’ is the normal config? ¿Is different to ‘max_user_connections’?

    Thanks and best regards.

    Hi,

I don’t think there is a normal value for that, though your hosting provider are in a better position to answer that question for you. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
