    Hello.
    I am trying to create a page with content of max-width 1500px, but header does not work responsive.

    If i add this 

    html.html_av-framed-box{
    padding: 30px 0px 0px 0px !important;
}

    to quickcss, page looks good as long as it is not scaled down to under ca 1575 px. If its scaled down below that header gets messed up.

    What am I missing?

    You can close this. I found out the problem.
    .av-frame that appears on smaller devices needed an z-index higher then the header.
