I am using the video media holder, and link it to video files saved in Amazon S3.
On most pages there’s no issues, but on certain pages, the last few don’t play. On one page of 10 videos, the last 4 just spin. Everything is set up the same way, and the link that’s place within the video holder works when copied into a browser, so just got me thinking, is there a maximum to how many you can have on one page?
Or is there another issue that is an easy fix.
    Thanks
    Siobhan

    Hi Siobhan,

I’m not sure to be honest with you, could you post a link to the problem page so that we can have a closer look please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thanks Rikard
    Sorry for delay in responding.
You’ll have to log in first, details below.
https://kinesiologyzone.com/marek-meridians/ – the last 4 on this page don’t play. After some time, it says “Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found” but they’re all in the same AmazonS3 folder as the other videos, with the same set up. And if you take the url link and put into a browser you’ll see that they work. Just not within the video player, which is odd.
I tried changing the video to “always load” rather than lazy load, but doesn’t seem to make a difference
Any insights as to fix would be great. Or if in fact you get the same issues as I am. Maybe it’s just a loading / wifi issue??
    Thanks
    Siobhan

    Hi Siobhan,

Thanks for that. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, I checked the last 4 videos on the page, and they are all playing instantly. Could you try checking in a different browser, or using an incognito/private browser window please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thanks for checking Rikard
It must be a wifi issue perhaps, though I’m on fibre.
I usually use firefox, but I did log in using chrome and they worked fine.
    Thanks

    Hi Siobhan,

Thanks for the update, it’s likely a local problem then. We’ll keep this thread open if you should have any further problems.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
