    Hi,

    I’ve had this website built for a while now without any issue, but I am now seeing an issue with the mega menu disappearing on some pages. I narrowed it down to the Autoplay setting on horizontal galleries interfering with the JS. See video in the private area.

    Hey ddandreo,
    Thanks for the video, but when I tested this on my demo site I was not able to reproduce the error, see my video in the Private Content area.
    Have you tested with your plugins or any customizations disabled?
    Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can investigate.

    Hi Mike,

    Are you using the Mega Menu from Enfold or the Max Mega Menu plugin? The issue for me is when I am using Max Mega Menu.

    Hi,
    I was using the Mega Menu from Enfold, I didn’t realize that you were using the Max Mega Menu plugin.
    Unfortunately I don’t see any causes or errors that would explain why this is occuring, and offering support for third party plugins is outside of our scope.
    I would recommend using the Mega Menu from Enfold instead or ask the plugin author for advice, perhaps this is a known issue with them and they have a solution already.

    Hi Mike,

    We don’t need to reach out to the Max Mega Menu plugin since their plugin is fine. It is the Enfold theme that is applying it’s JavaScript and affecting other elements on the page that needs to be fixed.

    We can’t provide support for third party plugins like Mike pointed out earlier, and the theme has Mega menu functionality already. If you need further help with the plugin in question, then please try reaching out to their support.
