    Hello Enfold Team,

We are encountering a problem with Masonry blog on several older browsers, it’s basically getting disabled by a plugin, Usersultra.

Now since this a plugin, i know it’s not really your issue to deal with, but possible could give me some direction or insight in what’s actually the conflict:

    (broken) Almost All Browsers: <div class=”av-masonry-container isotope av-js-disabled “>
    (working) Only chrome+FF newest <div class=”av-masonry-container isotope”>

Now, the masrony blog disappears and never loads, we are using enfold 2.9.2, and we know its a JS conflict with Usersultra. We are possibly going to update to the latest Enfold 3.0.2 but takes a tremendous time due to the highly customized version of our site.

We’ve contacted their support team, and are eagerly awaiting their reply. But their support is very poor.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Unfortunately support for third-party plugins is not something we can assist with, you can contact a developer to help you debug the issue.

    Regards,
    Josue

This isn’t a third party plugin, this is enfold that the issue is with. There is a js function that is coded improperly. Again, this is not an issue with wordpress, but directly enfold.

If you can’t assist me, i appreciate you direct me to another enfold team member, who is willing to show some support to their customers.

    Best regards,
    T.k. Hamed

    Hey!

Is masonry element working fine when you deactivate “Usersultra ” plugin? If it does, that is 3rd party plugin related issue and as @josue mentioned, unfortunately we are not providing support for 3rd party plugins ( Please see “Scope” section here once again – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ ). Your best route would be hearing from the plugin author as they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue.

    Cheers!
    Yigit
