My Portfolio Entries are not showing up in Masonry Element. I inspected the page and the entries are recognized but are not visible. Any ideas?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
