    Hello
I have a problem with Masonry displaying Portfolio Items with Filtering Option.
The filtering bar on top of the masonry does not show all filtering options. It only shows the filtering options of the items that are displayed on the page and not in the pagination

    Example:
Image 1 https://ibb.co/svfY2PX : The filtering bar on top shows only 2 Filtering Options and “All”
Image 2 https://ibb.co/9ymFbD1 : After i click on “Show More” and i get more products (which one of them has a specific product tag) then now i can see the product tag in the filtering bar next to “All” and the 2 others.
The more i unfold pages by clicking on Show More, the more options i get in the filtering bar on top !

I want to have all my selected filtering options (in this case product tags) display even when the actual products having specific product tags are still in pagination

    Thank you !

    Hey Mohamad,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

This is one of the limitations of the category or tag filters. It can only sort items that are actually visible or present in the current page. We could use css or edit a file to display empty sort items, but it is a bit pointless because they would still not be able to get items that are not available in the current page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello @Ismal
    Thank you !

I hope Enfold can fix this option for a logical reason
    – If you have 1000 products and you do not want to list them all at once (this affects load time of the page), if you choose to have few rows, then people visiting the page will not know what Tags you have in this product portfolio, and therefore a store might lose a potential sale since the visitor would think that only few product types (tags) are sold by the store. And this makes the element miss a logical function for without it there wont be an interest in using it at all
The only solution is to then display all 1000 products, and this will need many many minutes fr the page to load !

    Please consider this update
    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes, we understand your concern. You might want to refrain from using the element as a product catalogue. One solution is to create a page that displays all the available categories in the shop so that the users will be well aware of the available product group. This option is actually available when using the Woocommerce plugin.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
