    Hi guys,
    I’m new here.
    I need a help about the masonry elements on enfold theme. I can’t create a page like this : https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/masonry/. I can’t create the menu where are the section All/Design/Illustration/Photography. Could anyone help me? I create a masonry gallery and a portfolio too but it doesn’t work.

    Hey modulexlam,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Have you created portfolio categories? You need to apply categories to the portfolio items. The masonry elements will automatically display those categories as sort buttons.

    Hi Ismael, yes I have created portfolio categories but I can’t see that like in the link that I attach. Maybe I’m wrong editing the portfolio categories. Colud you give me some advice about it ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. Did you assign portfolio items to your categories as well? If you can’t get it to work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, though we will need to see your actual site to be able to help you out. Could you post a link to it along with admin login details in private please?

    Please note that the Masonry and Porfolio Grid elements are different, I’m not sure if that is the mistake here or not though.

    Hi,

    It’s not clear what exactly you need. Please close the iframe bar by clicking on “Remove Frame” and share the link to the exact page. So we can help you set up a page exactly like the demo.

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    Like you see is completley different from your demostration. I want a page like your demo.
    For our demand doesn’t require any custom code.

    Hi modulexlam,

    That is portfolio masonry, you need to have portfolios or posts in the category to be shown in the sortable masonry.
