Hi there
Im using the portfolio section to show staff profiles for my site so that i can use the filters.
The categories are set up as both role and services/areas of expertiseEg:
Role
-Management
-Director
etcService
-Sales
–Commercial
–Private
-Lettings
-Legal
etcSo when im adding a staff member John Doe, I add him to both Management and say Sales.
The issue im having is that on the actual Sales page i’d like to just show all staff members that provide this service.
So I add a masonry component, choose portfolio and select the relevant categories / sub categories that I want to show… however what displays is blank filters for ‘management’ or ‘director’ if the staff memeber is also in these categories.The same applies on the ‘our team page’ here i just want to show the portfolio-items in the categories ‘Director’ and ‘Manager’ etc.. but as well as seeing these in the filter, i also see blanks for each one of the services
here’s an image: https://www.evernote.com/l/AAv68x2lOLdOE4m9CjcyYw5htjg8oeK9g70So how do I only show filters for the categories i have chosen?
Many thanks

December 8, 2016 at 2:43 pm #721993Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Did you make any theme customizations? if yes remove them to check if one is causing this.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

December 9, 2016 at 4:28 pm #722486Hi,
you’re talking about this issue here: http://i.imgur.com/Pf21JjG.png, right?
Not sure why this is appearing on your end and I can’t reproduce the issue on my end. However, try this code inside Quick CSS field to remove it:.avia_hide_sort { display: none !important; }
Hope this helps!

Another strange bug appearing when adding masonry to a 1 column.
You can see a gap appears on the second row.Any idea why?
January 16, 2017 at 5:32 pm #734232Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.av-sort-by-term .text-sep { border: none!important; text-indent: 0!important; } .av-masonry-sort .avia_hide_sort { display: inline-block; }

YigitJanuary 16, 2017 at 5:56 pm #734261Sorry I’ve fixed this now. I had to reorder the portfolio items
and move the one with the shortest name to the end.. It seems that if one person
has a short name where the ‘portfolio title’ appears on one line, then the line breaksvery strange.
