Hi team,
We’re using the Masonry element to display Portfolio Entries. The problem we’re having is that the filters are displaying incorrect portfolio entries. If we’re filtering for Category B it is showing some items from that category, but also items from Category D.
We have updated everything on the site, cleared caches, and nothing has worked to fix this. This issue doesn’t appear when we use the Portfolio Grid module with filter, but this module doesn’t have the look/features we are going for. We’ve also added individual Masonry modules with the filter bar turned off, and it works as expected. So it seems to be specifically an issue with the Masonry module’s filter.- This topic was modified 6 years, 9 months ago by sarahrose. Reason: clarifying the behaviour
February 15, 2018 at 10:39 pm #912996Hey sarahrose,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Please update to the latest so we can be able to help you out.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 21, 2018 at 9:25 pm #915729It has been updated. The issue is persisting. It seems alright the first filter you click, but if you click all of the different filters it isn’t displaying the correct portfolio entries.
