    Good morning,

    on my company website http://www.neon2020.com, in the home page there is a masonry gallery and the button “load more” doesn’t work. Both on:
    – the italian version of the page: https://www.neon2020.com
    – the english version of the page: https://www.neon2020.com/?lang=en

    I checked with Google Chrome’s “inspection” function and I get this error:

    Hey neon2020,
    To fix the issue with the load more button, please replace the masonry_entries.php and the masonry_gallery.php with the files below. The files are located in their respective folders in the enfold > config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes directory.

    Hi,

    I have followed your instructions and replaced the two php files, but at that point the website was not accessible at all. So I replaced the two new php files with the original ones. Now at least the webiste is again visible. The “load more” button still doesn’t work.
    I am sharing with you in private the FTP access. I hope you can help me.

    Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but we would like to have access to WordPress as well, so that we can check that your site is working as it should after the update. I see a username in your first post, but no password. Please include that in private as well.
