    Hi,

    I’m experiencing a problem with the masonry gallery after the most recent update. I’ve gone through and disable the plugins as per many suggestions on the forum. I also have no cache plugin nor does the server have it activated.

    I’m at a loss as to what the cause may be. I’ve provided the link to you in the private content. Scroll down to see the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hey slui,

    Are you currently running a child theme?

    Best regards,

    Hello. If you can make your URL public, I’m happy to look at this. Also, it might help others on here as well, that are looking to or just upgraded their own sites.

    Hey slui,

    Please try copying a fresh copy of the avia.js file into your child theme to see if that alleviates the issue.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Thanks for the reply @Jordan_s and @accurIT.

    @Jordan_s
    – I’ve uploaded the latest version of avia.js into the /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/js folder.

    New uploaded AVIA.js file size is 137,115 bytes vs the current one that was there at 134,602 bytes.

    Hi,

    Perhaps you had an out-dated file. Was the issue fixed?

    @jordan_s…any luck with this?

    Hi there! I can’t see what issue this post is about.

    I’m also having issues on the masonry after last update, but it’s regarding the on-hover image animation. The secondary image in the gallery does not appear on mouse hover, looks like the animation stopped working. It only happens to my recently created products (woocommerce), all others still with on-hover animation.

    Does anyone have any clues?

    Hi,

    @slui
    : I tried to login to the site but it redirected to a blank page. Please check.

    Best regards,

    @ismael I apologize. I had a security plugin activated. You can try now.

    @rmf339
    – This doesn’t have to do with the on-hover image animation. This has to do with the fact that the images are not even showing up.

    #871026

    @ismael or @jordan_s…any issues with logging in?

    #871514

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the delay. The login is working but I’m not seeing any issue with the gallery. Could you describe the issue further? A screenshot will help.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    There should be at least 9 images with pagination to show a total of 12 images. A load more button provides that option. You can see it sort of works on the other location pages.

    @ismael or @jordan_s

    Hi…I’m not sure if you made changes but I see that some images are showing up but I also see that you added a gallery element. The masonry element is still not working. The masonry element is supposed to show 6 images and then a load more buttons is available to for more images to show below the current 6 on display.

    I”ve attached a short video showing the gallery. It is not loading the images properly and when you click on the images it goes to its own page and not a light box. You can also see in this video that the I was able highlight the masonry gallery below using developer tools. It is still not displaying the images.

    Have you figured out what the issue is yet?

    Hi,

    We found another error from the js > avia.js file. Did you modify the file? This is the error.

    avia.js?ver=2:1973 Uncaught Error: No layout mode: packery
    at o.c._mode (avia.js?ver=2:1973)
    at o.c._resetLayout (avia.js?ver=2:1973)

    at o.c.arrange (avia.js?ver=2:1972)
    at o.c.layout (avia.js?ver=2:1972)
    at o.m (avia.js?ver=2:1972)

    at m.fn.init.each (jquery-1.11.3.min.js?ver=4.8.2:2)

    Please get a fresh copy of the file then override the current one. Anyway, there are only 8 images in the gallery, not 9 or 12.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thanks @ismael that seemed to work. I appreciate the help. I wouldn’t have been able to troubleshoot that.

    If you take a look at the site now, there are more images after you click on load more. The images are being pulled from portfolio.
