Before to quit Newscast and buy Enfold, I’d like to know if it’s possible to install Masonry Portfolio like home page ?

Would you like to add a masonry item to the home page? Yes, that’s possible with the Enfold’s advance layout builder.

Second question, I’d like to know if Enfold Photography is an example or a version of Enfold ?

It’s an example of the templates created with the advance layout builder. All theme demo are created using the same builder.
