    Hi,
    I’m currently using a masonry grid to show my portfolio items.
    I’ve been looking at some of the threads here but I can’t find my answer yet.

    This is what I want to achieve:
    A portfolio item that shows the title. When hovering over the image the summary should appear under the title and the image should darken a bit (to make sure its readable)

    How can I do this?

    Hey Marrit,

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.1.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
    You can display center captions on masonry now – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/#collections :)

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks so far! I did update the theme and can now display the title in the center of the image. However this is not exactly what I wanted to achieve..

    What I want to achieve is the following:
    The item should always show the title in the bottom left corner. Then when hovering the summary should appear underneath the title (so also in the bottom left corner) AND the image should darken (as its already doing).

    I hope you can help me out with this one!

    Hi Marrit,

    There are different settings for the title and excerpt for the masonry, try playing with them.
    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
