I resize photos to exactly the size we want them before we upload to the masonry gallery. Then I choose the full size image, I have the settings for the masonry gallery telling it to not resize the photos. But there is a bug… if the first image is a horizontal image everything appears fine. If the first image is a vertical image, then all the vertical images are resized up larger than their actual size. The images look fuzzy because they are being resized up, and are stretched out so much vertically that you have to scroll to see the entire image.
We are using the most recent version of enfold and checked.
Hey mikehartrich,
Can you post a link showing a horizontal image as first image? so we can also compare the horizontal and vertical images, and see the problem better.
Best regards,
Nikko
These are member galleries with their work, and this particular member didn’t send us any horizontal images (I have asked, but he hasn’t had a chance yet). So I can’t put an image there that is not his work, or is irrelevant, because this page represents his business. I could add an image just for a couple minutes and take a screenshot, will that help?
Hey!
Can you post any image if the page is just a draft and not published? so it doesn’t show in the site. If we can atleast have 2 drafts (vertical and horizontal) to test, and if you can give us temporary admin access so we can check the backend and also view the draft.
Cheers!
Nikko
Hi Nikko,
That page showing the problem has been published and needs to stay that way. But I can create 2 draft posts so you can see the issue. I can’t get to it right away because I have a lot of work right now that I need to get done. But I’ll post all the details back here as soon as I have created them.
Thanks!
Hi,
No problem. Just post it here once you have it ready :)
Regards,
Nikko
