    Hi,

    I have problem i am unable to solve, this is my first website so maybe i just dont understand it perfectly.

    Anyway i have made portfolio grid to show our products. I think i wouldnt want to show them in Ajax.

    I would like to show portfolios just one picture i think its called featured image on the page and when you click that image it will open up ligthbox.
    By using portfolio grid i can choose to link handling-> show big image on lightbox but then it i will show only all featured images in lightbox. I mean i have multiple portfolios so it just shows featured images of those.

    I hope you can understand my weak english!

    Hey FinHenri,

    If you set it like that – yes it will do show all of the images into Lightbox. That is how the structure is working.
    So, if you want to change it, you want only 1 image of the features images to be on lightbox?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’m planning to change the website to one page website. So im planning to remove the second page which is product page to main page. And on main page i would like to show different category product. Lets say product A. I want to show just one maybe masonry gallery type or grid type picture on the main page and when you click it. It would open lightbox where you can see all the pictures of prodcut A. Same way i would like to add probably about 6 products right now.

    the problem was that i tried to change portfolio grid that way from link handling settings. But when i choose show big images on lightbox it i will show only the first pictures of all my prodcuts that are in portfolio grid not all the pictures under the one portfolio item. i think they are called featured images right?

    Hi,
    I believe that I understand that you wish to show a portfolio grid on your homepage, that will open a lightbox to show the images in a portfolio, that is not displayed on the homepage. Your tests show that the portfolio grid opens a lightbox that shows the other images displayed on the homepage.
    Unfortunately this is the correct behavior of the lightbox, it displays the images from the page. But there are other options that may achieve what you would like.

    Using the “portfolio grid” try the “Link Handling” option set to “Open a preview of the entry (known as AJAX Portfolio)”

    This will open the portfolio grid image to show the other images in the portfolio that have been added to the “Ajax Portfolio Preview Settings” option.

    I know this is not opening in lightbox, but it is keeping your visitor on the same page, otherwise you would need to link your images to another page were those product images would open in a lightbox.

    Hi,

    Right. Actually right now im using that Ajax portfolio to show the products. Unfortunately that is not ideal for me, especially because im not planning to write any text in the text field so it looks kind of half way done.

    The way i would like to do it sounds pretty simple but apparently with enfold i cannot do it? Is there any plugins that could work like that?
