    Hi,

    Since the last Enfold update, my masonry gallery is no longer working. Everything is updated, no plugin interference, and I have tried pasting code suggested in the forum, into functions.php. Still, not working. Any idea what might be causing the issue?

    Hi Mike, Poirot. I have the same problem… i updated wp (4.7.3) and enfold rheme (4.0.4) and now i cant see any masonry gallery in my pages. I need help, please.

    Hello everyone,

    I have the same problem now. Since the last enfold update the masonry gallery on my pages is shown partially, cropped on the bottom when using Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox browsers. It seems to be working only on Google Chrome browser.
    Need help please.

    I have the same problem. I had it with version 4.0.3, then updated to 4.0.4, same thing, then reverted back to 4.0.2, same thing (all today – I believe it was fine yesterday). Tried in Chrome and Edge on multiple computers. Purged a caches. Nothing fixes it. VERY SERIOUS ISSUE FOR US!! PLEASE HELP!!

    At the moment, the masonry gallery only works with the lightbox option enabled. Victoria (=moderator) suggested this elsewhere on the forum. I hope that this will be fixed, so we can disable the lightbox when needed.

    I already have Lightbox Linking active and it does not work. This is very serious for us. Our site relies on these galleries on almost every page. Please find a resolution, thank you!

    Hi,

    I tested on my own installation and for me Masonry Gallery works fine, also when “Lightbox Modal Window” is deactivated.

    I made some testings on your end @jimFG and your Masonry Gallery is still working fine for me, also when I deactivate “Lightbox Modal Window”.

    I also made some testings on your end @Poirot and your Masonry Gallery is working fine for me, also when I deactivate your “Lightbox Modal Window”.

    Please switch off any caching function, then deactivate the cache plugin as well as all other plugins, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    Hi Andy,
    With “Lightbox linking deactivated” I still get no masonry gallery. I deactivated all plugins and have done a hard refresh for a few minutes. Only with lightbox activated do I get the gallery back.

    Andy, so you are seeing my galleries show up? This is weird. I have had multiple people on multiple computers and browsers look at the pages and they do not see the galleries.
    We are using WPengine. Is anyone else using them? Could it be something with the host? This just seems weird that all of a sudden this happens.

    Really need to resolve, thanks
