Hello,
we use the Masonry Gallery. Now it isn’t visible and I can’t find the reason why.
I’ve tried several settings in the element, but it doesn’t work either. We updated to newest theme version 4.6.3.1 on last friday.
I’m pretty sure the Masonry Gallery did work when I looked at that page yesterday. So I’m not sure if it’s caused by the theme update.JavaScript error on that page: “Uncaught Error: No layout mode: packery”
Could you check it please?
Thanks!
November 12, 2019 at 8:44 pm #1156137Hey Cornelia,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.Best regards,
Jordan ShannonNovember 15, 2019 at 4:16 pm #1157214Hello Jordan,
there’s no conflict with the plugins. We tried to deactivate them but it there is no difference – masonary is still not visible.
It seems that there’s a conflict with animations.
On the affected page, there are some images above which load with blurring effect by scrolling down.
At the bottom (below the masonary gallery) there is an picture and icon which should also be animated (picture of the man should get bigger, icon should get colored). But the animation at the top seems to affect the animation below so it doesn’t work.
If I deactivate animation at the picture on top, the ones at the bottom are animated as expected. As the Masonary gallery is also animated, maybe the conflict is caused by that?
Best regards,

Can you disable caching and minification for now?
You’re using some plugin that uses isotope JavaScript library too and so there is a conflict.

I disabled caching for the affected page.
Only html minification is active, no for CSS and Java Script.
I disabled html minification for now.Best regards, Birgit
