    Hi,

    I transferred my site to a new host. After this, I think, I can’t open some images in a lightbox anymore. I’m using a masonry-gallery from the ALB, with set the lightbox option. See http://bit.ly/2eQ8xlJ

    Can you tell me what’s causing this and how to solve this?

    Hey erwin_m,

    We need to take a closer look Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    See the private section for login-details.

    The url is pointing at a test-site so the live-site won’t be changed. So you can try what you want. I’ve already deactivated all the plugins with no result.

    and let us know if it will fix your issue.
    It seems that some URL are the old site and not the new one.

    Hi Basilis,

    Thank you for looking. I’ve checked the live-site and the test-site within the dir /site/. Both sites are pointing at the right place for the wp-installation and also to the correct site. Both sites are in use at this moment, the /site/ is for testing like this kind of issues.

    If I see it wrong, which is possible off course, then please specify what you mean.

    Hi Erwin,

    It should be working fine (link on private data). I just enabled (checked) Lightbox Modal Window which can be found in Enfold > Basic Options. :)
