Hi there,
The masonry images on this page are opening in a new page loading in the same tab.
Even though in the settings I have selected the “open in lightbox” setting.Any suggestions?

Try deactivating all of your plugins. If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

I have disabled all plugins and then I got the white screen of death.I have then changed the name of my enfold child theme via filezilla and regained access to
my admin.I then activated another theme and that worked.Only when I try to activate the child theme I get the WSofD again.Realised I had added some code to the functions.php file.. Removed the code and not the WSoD issue is resolved.
Will now activate all the plugins and see if the lightbox function is working.Thanx!
So the images from the gallery still open on a new page loading in the same tab.

I tried deactivating your plugins to test but now all I get is a white screen? Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold before downloading + uploading a fresh copy and then activate that copy of Enfold, not the child theme to see if it happens there as well.

Hi!
I activated your parent theme and the magnific popups are working fine now so it sounds like a problem with your child theme.
Try creating a new child theme and add your customizations in one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

It looks like your using the same child theme to me. I took a look inside your child theme and I couldn’t find anything that would be causing that though so not really sure why that is happening.
Try download a fresh copy of our child theme and then activate it to see what happens. If the magnific popup works then add your customizations in piece by piece to see which part is causing the problem.

I have downloaded a fresh child theme. Without adding any of the customisations
the popup did not work. ..I have followed these steps before.
Somehow though, it seems that my settings are kept when uploading the new child theme (logo etc not css and php changes)
Any other suggestions?

I tried to deactivate all plugins and it kinda cause error on the page. Sorry about that. Please go to wp-content folder then rename the plugins folder.

We went through the white screen issue before.. The solution is not to re-name the plugin directory but to
delete the added code in functions.php. I have recovered the site..Now the actual problem:
1. The orginal Enfold theme has no problem with the gallery images and it loads the popups just fine
2. The child theme does not load the popup images
3. A new and fresh child theme does not load the popups
4. When all plugins are de-activated and using a fresh child theme the popups are not loadingSo this is where we are..
Any suggestions in how to proceed?

2. The pop up images are loading fine for me. Which browser are you using? please clear browser page and then refresh your page a few times.
3.+4. = Same as 2.

I am using Chrome on Yosemite. Also tried Safari just now.
On both browsers the magnificent Popup is not working using the Child theme.
The images are opened on a new page in the same tab and without any functionality.
Am pretty stuck here as I have tried all the normal solutions. Any suggestions guys?

Are you sure you are uploading a fresh copy of the child theme? Every time I check in Dashboard > Appearance > Editor I see the same code.

I download the child theme twice and uploaded it 2 times now.
However, old settings are kept after i’ve uploaded.Do you know why that happens?
