Hi!
I have done everything you have told us to do to eliminate problems due to the latest upgrade of both Enfold and WordPress. But my gallerys are still not showing on the website. One thing I can´t upgrade myself is LayerSliderWP. I dont understand how to do it.
It both says that LayerSliderWP is included in the theme and therefor is upgraded at the same time as the theme. On the other hand it says that I am supposed to upgrade myself. For the cost of 18$…?!Can you please help me?

The layer slider is bundled with the theme so if you are running the latest version of the theme it should not be necessary. Please post admin login details in private if you should have any further problems.

Everything seems to load as it should on your front page on my end, on what page in specific are you having this problem? Please make sure that you are not getting cached results by clearing your browser cache and/or verify that you get the same result in other browsers/machines.

IsmaelI have entered the API Key on “Enfold theme options” and there it says that I have the latest version?! (3.4.7) No updates available it says. Have I done something wrong? I prefer to do updates via dashboard, not via FTP so how can I solve this mess?

Please try the following plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please try updating manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

And what is supposed to have happended if the plugin works as it should?
I have looked at the instructionfilm about upgrading via FTP and I realize that I dont have the knowledge that is needed to do this. Can I get your help with this?
And: I really would like to be able to do further upgrades via WordPress. Is that possible?

Alright. Download the latest version of the theme from your themeforest account then upload it somewhere in your file server. Post the FTP details here then we’ll update the theme for you. Or just clean the transients by clicking the button in the transient cleaner plugin’s panel then go back to the Enfold > Theme Updates panel and refresh it.

We successfully updated the theme via FTP but then we got a 500 error afterwards. Could you please ask your hosting provider why the site is down? We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
