Hello,
since one of the latest updates our masonry gallery custom links are not working. It always opens the big image in lightbox.
I just checked – a custom link is set and I know that it worked a few enfold updates ago…best,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoAhh, I found out that you have new settings for masonry gallery to let me choose if I want to open the image in lightbox or open the custom link.
The integration isn´t good, becase before this enfold-update there wasn´t this option and if I put a custom link into the image this link opens automatically. and after the update, everything was set to “open image in lightbox”. Maybe you have to check if there´s a custom link in the image and then open the link.
Or do you have another idea to better solve this in future?
Otherwise lots of users won´t recognize this and their custom link doesnt open since the update…best,

Yes, we have added that new option for the masonry gallery because a lot of users requested it. The link now has to be adjusted manually unlike before. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have a masonry gallery on the front page of https://denkognitivediamant.dk/
I have put the custom link https://denkognitivediamant.dk/praktisk/ for each picture of the gallery, but the link doesn’t activate when I click the picture.
Can you help me correct this?
What I would like is that each time a visitor clicks a picture in the masonry gallery, then they enter a new page…

@AuroraArcus: You have to edit the Masonry Gallery element and set the Advanced > Link Settings > Image Link settings to the second or third option (Use custom link). Please feel free to open another thread if you have more questions about the theme.Best regards,
