On the page I have a tab section in one of them I added a masonry gallery and a button load more. Unfortunately, after clicking load more it does not load the full gallery as if the tab section did not develop.

Well, the tab section does not react to content added by ajax, unfortunately. You can add the masonry outside the tab section or add the link to another page where you showcase the masonry with the load more function.
