How to sort the Masonry Gallery by filename or file-date?
When you have about 100 images you can’t overview to move them around.

    Hi Mettemona7!

That would take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work. Instead I would consider using the Masonry element which you can sort the posts by date or title, etc.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

You told me to use Masonry element! There is no image button.
I ask for sorting by filename or file-date in Masonry Gallery – there is no possibility to sort. That’s what I wanted…
I am talking about sorting pictures, not elements.

    Hi!

    your are right.

As Elliott already mentioned there is no option to sort by filename or file date. You would need to search a plugin for it or hire a freelancer for this kind of job.

Do you know about such a plugin?
Would be nice if I could see the images as a list, so that I could read the filename.

    Hey!

I personally have no experience with such a function.
