    Hi Guys

    my Site don’t show the Masonry Galleries and also the Google-Tour dont’t work.
    In the Editor everything looks good, but online i see nothing. Tested on different Browsers, every Browsers show the same results.

    I hope we can fix this bad error fast. Please let me know.

    Hi,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area. @WynandB Please start your own thread and do the same.

    Now after new Update the same Errors shows only on Chrome, IE and Opera. In Firefox everything works fine.
    And yes i deleted my Cache! I use ccleaner and deleted every Cace on every Browser and tested it 3x times. same view same time.

    Please Support check asap my Site, all Information you need i posted in private section.

    I use your Theme on one Project and in this short of Time this kind of Errors only by updating feels very bad.
    I don’t wanna switch this Theme, there is so much work i put in.

    I hope you can fix this Error very soon.

    Hi,

    It appears there are 2 similar theme folders and I believe both of them have Enfold in it. (Screenshot attached).

    Please delete the folder that you do not use and keep only one version of Enfold.

    The current version which is active is not the latest version which is 3.6.1.

    Updating the theme to the latest version should resolve this issue.

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually by downloading the latest version from themeforest and upload the theme via FTP (before uploading please backup and remove old version) For detailed instructions please check this link – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
