Firstly – a big thanks for best theme in the world, which i won’t be tired to advertise.
    I got a couple questions.
One – is that no matter what i do – masonry doesn’t go fullwidth.
Two – is that template saver says “You need to add at least one element to the canvas to save this entry as a template”
I did put “at least one” element, but still it says so.
So. Older pages DO HAVE Masonry full width. Then i’ve saved an element as template (single element, not whole page. But when i insert it into new created page – a masonry in my case – it still is not full width. Why that can be?

    Hey andregorn,

Please post admin login details in private and point out on what page we can see the error and we’ll have a closer look at it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi,

make a backup at first. Nothing will get lost or anything, as everything is stored inside your database. So you can easily delete all theme files and replacing them with a fresh copy. However, as said, make a backup first, to be on the safe side.

    Best regards,
    Andy
