Hello Kriesi support!
I’m facing the following problem on my portfolio website.
When u open a photo from the masonry gallery, the photo loads but disappears after a second or so.
This problem occurs only at tablet & mobile. The desktop version works good.I uploaded a video to show my problem.

Sorry for the late reply. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for responding. I entered my api key and updated the theme.
The masonry gallery still doesn’t work on tablet and phone.Hope to hear from you soon.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If that doesn’t help anything, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

The problem is solved with the update of the enfold theme.
