    Hi,

We have custom links (Youtube video’s) behind the masonry gallery images.
But instead of opening the Youtube video it shows (in lightbox) the images.
Before it used to work fine but since last week or two weeks, it doesnt.

    Kindly advice.

    Hi charliestravels!

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Where can we check the issue? You might have forgotten to place the site URL in the private field. Did you update the theme to version 4.9.2.3 just recently?

    Cheers!

did you choose the setting for it?

    #1352918

by the way – dear mods and better devs – wouldn’t it be better to have as fallback the image link – instead of no link?

    Hi,

have as fallback the image link

If I am not mistaken, the image opening inside a lightbox is the default masonry gallery link. The third option is available if you don’t require links for the images.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

yes and the second option is to open the custom link – as fallback there is no link !
i think it is nicer to have here as Fallback the image-link.
So you can mix video and images in one gallery

    Hi Ismael,

Before I updated recently to version 4.9.2.3 it was all working correctly.

    #1353436

Yes, this always worked but after the update of the theme is doesnt work anymore
But this is indeed the mistake. Not sure why it went back to the lightbox setting after the update.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

The format of the Youtube URL that you are using in the custom links are not valid or is not recognized by the lightbox script. (see private field)

    Best regards,
    Ismael
