Hi, I have a Masonry Element displaying entries from multiple categories, however the navigation at the top isnt displaying.
I’d like it to look as per the theme demo site where navigation links appear at the top of the masonry. From here you can browse through the different categories.
On my site i have the element configured with “Sortable” set to “yes, display sort options and currently active taxonomy”
you can see the blog here
any help gratefully received.
Thanks,
Stuart
Hey Stuart!
I see the navigation sort on my end. Did you get this fixed?
Cheers!

Hi, yes it now seems to be working, not sure why it wasnt before.
I will ask though, when I click through to “Buyers Guide” I only see one blog post – there are 4 in that category. Do you know why this would be the case?
Hey!
It’s because they have not loaded yet. If you click on the load more button a few times and then click on the buyers guide link you will see them sorted correctly.
If you want it to do this by default then you’ll need to increase the number of posts that get shown in the shortcode options.
Cheers!

ah I see – I thought it would load say 9 of each category, rather the 9 most recent across all categories. Is there a way of only loading say 9 posts for the “All” taxonomy but then load all post’s under the “buyers guide” category?
Thanks,
Hi!
Unfortunately that would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. What I would do is leave your news category excluded because it has quite a few posts set to it or segment them into more categories.
Best regards,
Elliott
ok – think you can close this then. I’ve voted on the relevant feature request
