Dear support,
I have an issue with masonry at my homepage.
With big screens (laptop or tablet) all is ok.
With a phone in vertical position, the 3rd article is shown without the featured image, and also the title is partially covered by the 2nd article. If you put the phone in horizontal position, all is ok.
Thank you in advance.
Is it possible to have some help?
The issue is visible also by simply reducing the width of the browser in a laptop.
Thanks.
Hi,
We apologize for the delay since there are lots of queries lately. Just checked it but I can’t figure out why it’s happening and can’t create a css code to fix it atm. Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can also check the backend. Just place the details in Private Content.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi,
see the details in private.
Today I’ve put the masonry in a color section (should be the final configuration): now the issue involves all the 3 articles. Again, you can see it by simply reducing the width of the browser in a laptop.
Thanks for the support.
Mattia.
Any update?
In the meanwhile, I’ve discovered that a similar issue is present in the Enfold default demo: if you go to the “Masonry Blog” page and reduce the width of the browser, you can see that the image of the first article progressively disappears, and at the minimum width also the text is partially hidden.
BR,
Mattia.
Hi Mattia,
Thanks for pointing that out, I have tested this also but couldn’t fix the issue, I will be reporting this bug to Kriesi and our devs.
Best regards,
Nikko
